These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of babababucha.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make on it. The Website and the Baba Babucha brand are operated by Sendroid Overseas Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products and spiritual disclaimer

Kuber Dhan Yantra is a devotional product inspired by traditional associations with Lord Kuber and prosperity. Spiritual beliefs and individual experiences vary. The product does not guarantee financial gain, wealth, success or any specific life outcome, and nothing on the Website is financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.

Material: Brass / copper. Size: Approx. 1.2 × 1.2 inches (about 3 × 3 cm). Product photographs are for illustration. Because of lighting, screens and the handcrafted nature of the finish, minor variations in colour, texture or engraving may occur and are not defects.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). All prices are inclusive of GST (18%).
• Shipping is charged at ₹30 per order and is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
• The amount you pay is calculated by our server when you place the order and is displayed before payment. There are no hidden charges.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payment methods offered: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets. Cash on delivery is not available.
• A GST invoice is issued for every order.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only after your payment has been verified, at which point you receive an order reference beginning with “BB-”. We may decline or cancel an order, before or after confirmation, if the product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing or listing error, if we cannot deliver to the address provided, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. In such cases any amount you paid is refunded in full to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India through Delhivery. Delivery is expected within approximately 10 days of placing your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Ownership and risk in the product pass to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that your address and phone number are correct. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, replacements and refunds

We do not accept returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced. Cancellation, replacement and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Baba Babucha name, logo and mascot, product photographs, text and design of the Website belong to Sendroid Overseas Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes attempting to interfere with its security or operation, placing fraudulent orders, using another person’s payment details without authorisation, or scraping content by automated means.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any outcome you attribute to the spiritual or devotional use of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, epidemics, government action or failures of payment or telecommunication networks.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.

13. Grievance redressal

14. Changes to these Terms
